David's Bio
David’s practice encompasses all facets of civil litigation, with particular emphasis on representing injured persons in personal injury, wrongful death and workers’ compensation cases. During the course of his career, he has been honored as of one of Rhode Island’s “Super Lawyers” and “Rising Stars.” In 2023, he was one of fifteen attorneys selected for participation in the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Inaugural Leadership Academy.
In his spare time, he serves on the Board of Directors for C.H.I.L.D., Inc., a private non-profit agency providing comprehensive child development and family support services to low and moderate income families in Kent County. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Governors for the Rhode Island Association for Justice, a non-profit agency advocating for strengthening the civil justice system and safeguarding consumers’ rights.
